Citizenship By Investment (CBI): Potential Countries to Invest in.
Did you know?
Investment in some particular countries’ economies can earn you the right to legally acquire a new nationality and an alternative passport. Families have the privilege to obtain alternative citizenship through citizenship investment programs, which in turn, grants them the opportunity to travel freely to other destinations and settle in another country, and stay there permanently.
There are laws governing investment migrations in more than 100 nations worldwide. Of these, roughly 30 residence and/or citizenship by investment programs—many of which were set up by specific organizations—are now operating successfully.
More than ever, wealthy people are looking into citizenship possibilities as the best way to gain access to opportunities they never thought were possible.
BENEFITS OF THE CBI
It’s simple to see why CBI programs are appealing. For a one-time investment, you can receive a passport in as little as three months, as well as access to a wide range of advantages like visa-free travel, advantageous tax policies, and the opportunity to own a second home in a far-off country.
CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES FOR CBI
Here are a few of the nations offering citizenship by investment (CBI) and while some offer a direct route to Citizenship, others follow a reasonable period of residence before granting Citizenship. Also, note that we only work with a chosen few of these citizens through investment schemes.
UK, POLAND, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, UAE, SWEDEN, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, USA, FINLAND, IRELAND
UNITED KINGDOM (UK)
A residence by investment program is the UK Tier 1 (Innovator Visa). It makes it possible for those who can show relevant experience in business and high-net-worth non-EU investors to live in the United Kingdom (UK) after making a significant financial investment of GBP 50,000.
You can apply for an Innovator visa if:
- you want to set up and run an innovative business in the UK – it must be something that’s different from anything else on the market
- your business or business idea has been endorsed by an approved body, also known as an endorsing body
- you meet the other eligibility requirements
POLAND
Investors who want to launch a business in Poland can apply for temporary residency. In order to qualify for a temporary residence permit, the investor must essentially invest at least EUR 100,000 in a business that will be evaluated as being profitable and then establish that they make at least 15,000 EUR annually.
Real estate investing is a business option for investors. The foreign national may apply for permanent residency in Poland after three years of possessing the temporary permission. The foreigner can seek naturalization into Polish citizenship after some years of continuous residency.
